Vested Interest for Police Dogs
Vested Interest in K-9s, Inc is a 501c(3) non-profit fundraising organization dedicated to providing bullet and stab protective vests for law enforcement K-9s throughout the United States. Vested Interest funds a state of the art bullet and stab protective vest made in the United States that offers ultimate protection for the K-9. The cost of the vest is $1006 and is under warranty for 5 years. Most police departments and law enforcement agencies do not have budgets that provide vests for their K-9 officers.
Whiskers Animal Benevolent League
Whiskers Animal Benevolent League is a no-kill cat shelter in Albany, New York. For over 30 years, they have been rescuing homeless and sick cats and kittens with the belief that every life is meaningful and worth saving. Whiskers goes the extra mile to do whatever it takes to make each cat and kitten's life the best it can be and will be there its entire life if need be. Whiskers is an all volunteer run organization with a sanctuary for adult cats in Albany and a foster program for mom cats and kittens.
